Implementation Guides

Implementation Guides

Attention PHIN users!

CDC is modernizing the infrastructure that supports the Public Health Information Network (PHIN) tools and resources, including PHIN Vocabulary Access and Distribution System, PHIN Messaging System, and PHIN Directory. As part of this, CDC will sunset all PHIN systems on November 30, 2026. Our goal is to ensure users have access to the core functionalities that PHIN supports, while advancing efforts to strengthen and sustain the nation’s public health data infrastructure. CDC will share additional information as it becomes available. For questions, email OPHDSTPartnerships@cdc.gov with the subject line “PHIN Transition.”
